Purpose:

The 2019 North Central Region WOCN Fall Conference is intended for medical professionals, students, industry representatives, and public allies who are seeking to gain knowledge in the most recent and more challenging topics as relates to wound, ostomy, and continence care. Join use as we bring together a diverse group of leaders to share their first hand insights, advice, and best practices.

Target Audience:

Nurses Certified in Wound Ostomy and/or Continence, Registered Nurses, Physicians, Physical Therapists, and other allied health care Professionals, including students in the medical field.

Program Objectives:

At the conclusion of this conference, participants should be able to: Provide safe and effective care to patients with wound, ostomy and continence issues.

Continuing Education Credits:

This activity has been submitted to WNA CEAP for approval to award contact hours. Wisconsin Nurses Association is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Centers’ Commission on Accreditation. This activity has applied for 9 CEs to be offered through the attendance of each of the educational offerings for the program.

Speaker handouts will not be available at the conference. An email will be sent a few weeks prior to the conference with information about downloading the handouts.

Cost: $130 before August 19th, then $160.

There is an option to pay by check through the registration site. We ask everyone register online regardless of payment type.
