Setting the Stage for Evidence Based Practice will be the Fall Conference for the North Central Region of the WOCN.
The conference includes a membership meeting and dinner Friday evening (open to members only) and an education day on Saturday.
IF you want to send your registration in by check you have two options.
1. Print out the brochure - fill out the registration form and send it and a check to the address on the brochure.
2. Register on the site and when it asks for the method of payment pick the Manual choice. Then send your check to: Mary Ihli, RN, CWOCN, 912 South Glendale Ave., Sioux Falls, SCD 57104
If you want to register and pay online - just click on register below. After you fill in your registration info it will take you to a paypal screen. There is a big log-in window. DON"T PANIC. You don't need to log in or have a paypal account. Read the instructions on the left and it will tell you can use paypal without having an account and where to click. (If you do have a paypal account - you can log in and use it).
